About Outspoken
Outspoken is a social app distributed under the package name de.outspoken, created by developer Henning Jäger. It arrives as a single compact build that takes up little room on a handset while delivering what its category promises. Who builds Outspoken Henning Jäger is credited as the developer behind this package, which means the app comes from an individual publisher rather than a large studio. The listing keeps the naming consistent, so the identifier you see during installation always matches the app you intended to pick up. The 7.9.9 release This entry covers version 7.9.9, released on 2026-10-02. It represents the newest build described here, so anyone checking the listing can confirm exactly which revision they are getting before proceeding with the install. Storage cost of 16.0 MB The file measures 16.0 MB, a modest footprint that will not crowd out photos, messages, or other apps on most handsets. Space planning stays simple, since a single small file covers the whole installation rather than a series of add-ons. Device compatibility The build requires Android 7.0 or newer. Handsets running that level or a later release can install it, while devices on older system versions will need updating first; any newer device should be ready to go.
