About Outspoken
Outspoken is a social app distributed under the package name de.outspoken, created by developer Henning Jäger. It arrives as a single compact build that takes up little room on a handset while delivering what its category promises.
Who builds Outspoken
Henning Jäger is credited as the developer behind this package, which means the app comes from an individual publisher rather than a large studio. The listing keeps the naming consistent, so the identifier you see during installation always matches the app you intended to pick up.
The 7.9.9 release
This entry covers version 7.9.9, released on 2026-10-02. It represents the newest build described here, so anyone checking the listing can confirm exactly which revision they are getting before proceeding with the install.
Storage cost of 16.0 MB
The file measures 16.0 MB, a modest footprint that will not crowd out photos, messages, or other apps on most handsets. Space planning stays simple, since a single small file covers the whole installation rather than a series of add-ons.
Device compatibility
The build requires Android 7.0 or newer. Handsets running that level or a later release can install it, while devices on older system versions will need updating first; any newer device should be ready to go.

Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is Outspoken and who made it?
Outspoken is a social app identified by the package name de.outspoken, credited to developer Henning Jäger. It is a single application rather than a suite of tools, and the developer name on the listing tells you who published it. If you are matching a download against a package name, de.outspoken is the identifier to check.
How much storage will the install take up?
The file for this build is 16.0 MB. That is the size of the single download you receive, so you only need to reserve that much free space for the install itself. It is a small enough package that most handsets should accommodate it alongside their existing photos, messages, and other applications without any juggling.
Which release does this listing carry?
This listing carries version 7.9.9, published on 2026-10-02. It is the latest revision described here, so if you are comparing it against another copy of the same package, that is the version string to match. No other releases or earlier builds are documented in this entry.
Will the app run on my device?
The listing sets a minimum system level for this build, and any handset running that version or a later release qualifies. Devices sitting below the required Android version will need a system update before the package will install, so check your device's software level first if you are unsure. Newer devices are generally fine.
Is a content rating provided for this app?
No content rating is given for this listing, so the field is simply unlisted here. Anyone deciding whether the app suits a particular household should keep that in mind, since no age guidance accompanies the entry. All other packaging details, including version, size, and developer, are stated normally.
