About Sync
Sync is a social application published by Tom McGrath Trading Ltd under the package name app.syncus.android. The current build is version 2.2.2, and the whole download weighs in at just 9.6 MB, so it installs quickly without consuming much space.
Where Sync sits in the social category As a member of the social category, Sync is built around connecting with other people rather than around productivity, media playback, or gaming. Its scope stays narrow and purposeful, which helps newcomers find their footing without wading through unrelated extras. The developer has kept the experience focused on the basics a social client is expected to handle, so the app reads as a straightforward pick for anyone browsing this category.
Device and system requirements The build requires Android 8.0+ or newer. That baseline covers a wide range of handsets, and newer devices that have moved beyond the stated requirement will run the same package without any special configuration. Because the app is identified by the package name app.syncus.android, it installs alongside anything using a similar title rather than conflicting with it.
Storage and download considerations At 9.6 MB, Sync is small enough to fetch comfortably over a mobile data connection and light enough for phones with limited internal storage. Users who keep an eye on free space will find it a modest addition, and future builds from Tom McGrath Trading Ltd are likely to follow the same compact pattern. There is no need to clear large amounts of room before installing.
Release details and content guidance The latest release is version 2.2.2, dated 2026-10-03. Comparing that number against what is already installed is the quickest way to know whether an update is pending. The content rating for this listing is shown as unknown, so no official age guidance accompanies it; households with younger users may want to check the permissions requested during installation before proceeding.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Android versions can run Sync?
The build requires Android 8.0+ or newer. Handsets already running that baseline or anything more recent are compatible with the current package, while devices below it would need a system update first. Since the requirement is modest, most phones released in recent years should qualify without difficulty.
How much storage does the app take up?
The file size listed for Sync is 9.6 MB. That is a small footprint for an Android application, so it should install comfortably even on devices with limited free internal storage and can be obtained over a mobile data connection without much concern.
What version is currently offered?
The latest version listed is 2.2.2, released on 2026-10-03. Comparing that version number with the one shown on your device after installing is the simplest way to confirm whether you already have the newest build or an earlier one.
How do I make sure I am installing the correct app?
Sync is identified by the package name app.syncus.android, and the developer is Tom McGrath Trading Ltd. Checking both after installation confirms you have the intended application rather than a different release that happens to share the name Sync.
Does the listing give an age or content rating?
The content rating for this listing is shown as unknown, so no age guidance is provided here. Anyone installing the app for a younger user should review the permissions it requests during installation and judge suitability on that basis.
