About Roost
Roost is a social app from developer Good Egg LLC, distributed under the package name com.rookery.courier. The current release is version 1.4.56, delivered as a single file of 144.2 MB. What kind of app is Roost Roost sits in the social category, which generally means it is built around interaction between people rather than utility or media playback. The listing gives no screenshots, no feature list and no tags, so the safest description of its purpose comes straight from that category assignment and the developer behind it. Good Egg LLC is the sole named publisher, and there are no other titles referenced alongside it here. Device compatibility The build requires Android 8.0+ or newer. Devices running that version or any newer release should be able to install it, while anything below the stated floor is not covered by the listing. Because no per-device optimisations, chipset requirements or extra permissions are published, compatibility questions beyond the operating system version cannot be answered from these facts. Install size and setup At 144.2 MB the download is sizeable for a social app, so it is worth confirming that you have comfortable free space before starting. The file installs under the identifier com.rookery.courier, which is how it appears on a device once setup is complete. No separate data folder size or additional asset download is listed. Current release Version 1.4.56 is the latest build recorded for Roost, dated 2026-10-08. The listing does not publish a changelog, a content rating, or any detail about what changed in this build, so users wanting specifics should look for release notes from the developer.
