About PS Remote Play Controller App
PS Remote Play Controller App is a productivity tool from iClick Education built around a single purpose: keeping remote play control in the hands of Android users. It gathers the control side of a session into one dedicated app rather than scattering it across separate utilities. The current release is version 1.0.6.
Compatibility and device requirements The build requires Android 7.0 or newer. Devices on that release or a later one can install and launch the app normally, while anyone sitting on an older system will need to update their device first. A quick check of your Android version before you begin saves the frustration of an install that stops partway through.
Install size and storage footprint The file weighs in at 58.6 MB, so it is worth confirming your device has enough spare room before starting. That figure covers the build itself, and leaving a little extra capacity on top gives the app space to create whatever files it needs once it is running for the first time.
Current release and version detail Version 1.0.6 is the edition listed here, carrying the release date 2026-09-14 and published by iClick Education. The package identifier com.skyit.remote.controller remains the same across updates, so upgrading replaces your existing installation instead of adding a second entry alongside it.
Category fit and listing details The app is filed under productivity, reflecting its role as a task-focused utility rather than something you browse for entertainment. One point worth noting: the content rating for this listing is unknown, so there is no published age guidance for anyone setting this up on a device shared with younger users.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Android versions can run this app?
Compatibility follows the system requirement listed for this build: it installs on devices running that version or anything newer. If your phone is on an older release, updating the system is the first step, since an install attempt on an unsupported version will not complete. Devices on newer software should have no trouble installing it.
How much storage space does the installation need?
The file size is 58.6 MB for this build. That covers the app itself, so keeping some additional free space available is sensible for any files it creates after the first launch. Checking your available storage before you begin prevents a partial install and saves you from having to start the process over again.
Which version will I be installing?
This listing carries version 1.0.6, released on 2026-09-14 and developed by iClick Education. If you already have an older edition on your device, installing this one updates it in place. The version number is the simplest way to confirm which build is currently present on your device.
What is the package name of the app?
The package identifier is com.skyit.remote.controller. Keeping that name in mind helps you confirm you are looking at the correct app, particularly when several similarly named controller tools exist. It stays consistent across releases, so an upgraded installation replaces the existing one rather than creating a duplicate alongside it.
What category is it listed under, and what is its content rating?
The app is categorised as productivity, which fits its role as a task-focused utility rather than an entertainment title. The content rating for this listing is unknown, so no published age guidance is available. Anyone installing it on a shared device should weigh that absence of a rating when deciding on suitability.
