About PREQUEL
PREQUEL is a photography app from Prequel Inc., distributed under the package name com.prequel.app. The current build is 2.5.0, published 2026-10-06, and it arrives as a single install file of 142.3 MB.
Checking device compatibility The build requires Android 2026+ or newer. Handsets already running that baseline or anything above it fall within the stated support range, while systems below it fall outside it. Since the listing describes one deliverable rather than several device-specific variants, confirming your OS level before starting the install is the simplest way to avoid a failed setup.
Storage space to set aside At 142.3 MB the package is heavier than many lightweight utilities, so a phone that is nearly full may struggle to unpack and cache it comfortably. Leave clear room beyond the raw file size for the system to finish the installation, and consider removing unused media or apps first if your storage report is close to the limit.
Release and category details This entry is version 2.5.0, released 2026-10-06 and maintained by the developer Prequel Inc. It sits in the photography category, which is the clearest signal of what to expect once it is running. The listing does not publish a content rating, so anyone installing it for a younger user should judge suitability on their own terms.
Identifying the right package The identifier com.prequel.app is the unique name this app carries on a device. Keep it handy when you want to confirm that an existing installation matches the build described here, when troubleshooting an update that will not apply, or when separating this title from other photography apps already installed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How large is the install file?
The file size given for this listing is 142.3 MB. That is the size of the package itself, and your device will need additional free space alongside it for unpacking, caching, and normal operation, so leave more room than the number alone suggests.
Which version and release date are shown?
The listing shows version 2.5.0, released 2026-10-06 by Prequel Inc. If you already have the app installed, you can compare your current version against this one to see whether your copy is up to date with the release documented here.
What is the package name?
The package name is com.prequel.app. This identifier distinguishes the app from every other title on a device, and it is what you would match against an existing installation to confirm you are looking at the same product rather than a similarly named one.
Will it run on my phone?
Compatibility depends on the version stated in the requirements line: the build targets that baseline and anything newer. Devices running more recent systems should install it without issue, while handsets below the stated floor may refuse the package. Check your device's Android version first.
Is a content rating provided?
The content rating for this listing is unknown, meaning no rating has been recorded here. Anyone deciding whether the app suits a younger user will need to reach their own conclusion, as this page supplies no official age classification to rely on.
