About PGRS Citizen Feedback
PGRS Citizen Feedback is a productivity application from RTGS that gives residents a direct, authenticated way to report their experience with public services. It installs under the package com.rtgs.ap_pgrs_auth and is built for quick, repeatable sessions rather than long browsing.
Purpose And Everyday Use The app is focused on the citizen side of the feedback loop: capturing what a resident experienced, keeping that record organised, and passing it along to the responsible office. The flow is intentionally narrow, so a session takes moments rather than minutes. Because the tool is issued by RTGS, an opinion submitted through it stays attached to an official process instead of an informal message.
Why It Sits In Productivity Classified as a productivity tool, the application is designed to help you finish a task and move on with your day. It is not a destination for browsing or reading. Its value lies in turning a resident's view into a clean, reportable input that the relevant department can review and act upon.
Device Compatibility And Install Size The build requires Android 6.0+ or newer. Devices running that level of the platform or anything more recent should install and run it normally, while older handsets are not supported. The package occupies 40.2 MB, so confirm you have that much free space available before beginning the installation.
Current Release Information The latest release is 1.8.0, published on 2026-10-03. Moving to this build brings you the most recent changes published by the developer. No content rating has been listed for this application, so anyone relying on rating-based restrictions should review their device settings before installing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does PGRS Citizen Feedback actually do?
It is a productivity app that lets a resident submit structured feedback about public services through an authenticated channel. Rather than sending an informal note, you record your experience in the app and the report is handled as part of an official process. The flow is short and task-focused, so you open it, complete the submission, and close it again.
How much free storage should my device have?
The application package is 40.2 MB in size. Make sure your device has at least that much free space before you begin the installation, and ideally a little extra so the system can complete setup comfortably. If storage is tight, clearing unused files first will help the install go smoothly on your handset or tablet.
Which version does this listing provide?
The latest release listed for this app is 1.8.0, published on 2026-10-03. That is the current build offered by the developer, so installing it gives you the newest published changes. If you already have the app installed, this is the version number to compare against in your device's application settings to confirm you are up to date.
Will the app run on my device?
Check your device's installed platform version against the requirement shown for this build; devices at that level or on a newer release of Android should install and run it normally, while devices below it are not supported. You can see your current version in the device settings under the system or about section before you start the installation.
Who is behind this application?
The developer is RTGS, and the app installs under the package name com.rtgs.ap_pgrs_auth. Verifying that package name on your device after installation confirms you have the correct application rather than a similarly named one. The developer is also the party publishing version updates such as the current release.
