About Opera Mini browser beta
Opera Mini browser beta is a preview build of Opera's lightweight web browser, published by Opera under the package com.opera.mini.native.beta. It is aimed at people who want to follow upcoming browser changes before they reach the standard release. What this build is This is a beta edition, which means it carries the current work in progress rather than a settled release line. The build is listed as version 99.7.2254.2590, dated 2026-10-01, so anyone installing it is taking a pre-release channel of the software. Device and storage requirements The build requires Android 6.0 or newer, and newer devices are expected to run it without issue. Installation takes up 50.8 MB of space, so it is worth keeping that figure in mind if storage on your handset is tight. Where it sits in the app landscape The listing files this browser under the communication category, reflecting the way a browser is used to reach other people through web pages, messaging sites and online services. It is developed and maintained by Opera, a company whose name is closely associated with browser software. Compatibility and rating details No content rating has been supplied for this build, so parents and workplace users have no published age guidance to work from. The listing also does not specify a file type beyond the stated download size, and only the Android requirement above tells you whether your device qualifies.
