About INCON
INCON is a communication app published by Idwell GmbH under the package name de.idwell.incon. It arrives as a single install and is currently carried at version 1.71.1, so what you get is one focused utility rather than a bundle of separate tools. The listing keeps its scope narrow and its identity tied to straightforward messaging use.
What INCON delivers
As a member of the communication category, INCON is built around staying in touch rather than productivity extras or media playback. The developer, Idwell GmbH, maintains the app under a single package identifier, which means the build you install is the same one that receives future updates. Users looking for a dedicated channel of contact will find the app aligned with that purpose, with the surrounding details kept deliberately minimal.
Minimum system version
The build requires Android 7.0 or newer. Handsets and tablets running that release or a more recent build should be able to install and run the app without special configuration. If your device has been updated beyond the required version, you are already covered, and older hardware that predates the requirement should be set aside in favour of newer devices.
Install size and storage
The package weighs 67.5 MB, a moderate footprint for an app in this category. Make sure the partition holding your applications has room for the download plus a little headroom for cache files and working data. It is light enough for most current handsets, but worth checking on devices that are already tight on internal storage.
Current release details
Version 1.71.1, dated 2026-10-03, is the latest build represented on this listing. The content rating field is left unknown, so no age classification is asserted here. Keep an eye on the version number if you need to confirm which build is installed on your device.

Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of app is INCON and who makes it?
INCON is an app in the communication category, developed and published by Idwell GmbH. It is identified by the package name de.idwell.incon, which is the label used by the system to recognise the app once installed. If you are checking a device or a download file, that package name is the reliable way to confirm you are dealing with this particular application rather than a similarly named one.
How much storage does the installation require?
The package is 67.5 MB in size, so you should free up at least that much space before installing, plus some extra room for cache and temporary working files. On a device with limited internal memory, it is worth checking available storage first, since an install that runs out of space partway through will fail. Moving other large apps or media elsewhere can free the room you need.
Which devices are compatible with this app?
INCON is aimed at devices running the required Android release or a later one, as noted in the description above. If your handset or tablet has been kept up to date, compatibility should not be an issue. Devices running software older than the stated minimum will not be able to install the build, so check your system version in the device settings before you begin.
Which version is current and when was it released?
The latest build on this listing is version 1.71.1, published on 2026-10-03. You can compare this against the version shown in your device settings to confirm whether your installation is up to date. If the number on your device differs, the build you have is an earlier release, and updating would bring it in line with the version recorded here.
What features does INCON offer?
The listing places INCON in the communication category and does not provide a feature list, tag set, or content rating beyond that. No specific tools, modes, or extras are itemised, so expectations should stay with the app's core communication purpose as described. Anything more detailed would need to come from the developer's own material or from inspecting the app once it is installed.
