About Grayling Resident App
The Grayling Resident App is a resident-focused application built around communication, and it is the digital home for people living at the Grayling property. It gives the building's residents a single, dedicated place to keep property-related conversation separate from everything else on their phone.
What the application is for Classified in the communication category, this app is designed to sit between residents and the people responsible for running their building. Rather than mixing building matters into general messaging services, it keeps that exchange in one clearly identified application tied specifically to Grayling, so notices and conversations about the property have a consistent home.
Current release and versioning The edition described here is version 3.9.43, dated 2026-10-03. That combination of version number and date is the reference point for checking whether the copy on your device matches the latest published build, and it is the detail to quote if you need to discuss a specific update.
Compatibility and device support The build requires Android 10.0 or newer. If your handset already runs that release or newer device software, the app is designed to install normally; if it is still on an earlier system version, the install will not proceed until the phone is updated.
Download size and device storage The application takes up 50.6 MB on disk. It is worth confirming you have that space available before starting, since storage pressure is a common reason an otherwise compatible phone struggles with an installation.
Content rating information The content rating for this listing is recorded as unknown, so no age guidance has been published alongside the build. Users who rely on content ratings to decide what is appropriate for a household will not find that information here.
