About BarBrain
BarBrain is a business app published by BarBrain GmbH, aimed at the people who run bar venues and want their day-to-day work handled from a phone. It installs under the package de.barbrain.barbrainflutter and arrives as a single, modestly sized build. The listing below covers the current release, its footprint, and what to expect on a handset that can run it.
A business tool shaped around bar work As a business application, BarBrain belongs to the operational side of an owner's toolkit rather than the entertainment space. Its name and its developer point squarely at bar settings, so the app is intended for the staff and the back office rather than for guests at the counter. That framing explains its placement in the business category and keeps expectations realistic about what the software is trying to do.
Getting it running on your handset The build requires Android 7.0 or newer, so handsets below that floor fall outside the supported range while newer devices take it without issue. The download occupies 31.6 MB of storage, a modest ask that leaves plenty of room alongside your other work apps and keeps the install quick on a typical connection.
The current build and its release The version listed for this app is 6.6.0, published on 2026-10-03. That version string is the one to compare against whatever copy you already have installed, and the date tells you when this particular package was put out. Checking both before you update helps you confirm you are moving to the intended build rather than a stale one.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much storage should I free up before installing BarBrain?
The app is packaged as a 31.6 MB download, so that is the space you need available for the file itself, plus whatever extra room the system uses while unpacking it. On any modern handset this is a light footprint for a business application and should sit comfortably alongside your existing tools without forcing you to clear out other data first.
Will this app run on my device?
The listing sets a minimum platform version, and the build is intended for handsets meeting that requirement or running something newer. Devices below the stated minimum are outside the supported range and may not install or may behave unpredictably, so it is worth confirming your device's platform version against the requirements line shown on this page before you begin the install.
Which version is currently listed and when was it released?
The current version on this listing is 6.6.0, dated 2026-10-03. If you already have BarBrain installed, comparing your installed version against this string tells you whether you are up to date. The date applies specifically to this release and is the reference point for that build.
Who publishes BarBrain and what is its package name?
The app is published by BarBrain GmbH and carries the package name de.barbrain.barbrainflutter. The package identifier is what your device uses to recognise the app for updates and reinstalls, so keeping it consistent matters if you move the app between devices or reinstall it later. It is listed under the business category.
What content rating does this app have?
The content rating for this listing is recorded as unknown, which means no rating classification has been provided in the information shown here. Anyone managing devices for a team or a shared environment should factor that in when deciding how the app is distributed, alongside its business focus and its stated file size.
