About AIDA64
AIDA64 is a system information tool from FinalWire Ltd that reads the hardware and software profile of an Android device and keeps live measurements in view while you work. It exists for people who want to confirm what a phone, tablet, watch or TV box really contains instead of trusting a spec sheet. The current build is version 2.22, published on August 19, 2026 as an 11.7 MB file that asks for Android 4.4 or newer.
Chipset, CPU and GPU inventory The app reports the device model and chipset, breaks down every CPU core, and names the GPU together with the OpenGL ES level it supports. Interfaces the hardware exposes, such as Vulkan, OpenCL, CUDA, PCI and USB, are listed so you can check which capabilities are really present.
Measurements that move in real time Core clock speed, GPU clock, battery percentage and temperature are sampled continuously, and sensor pages refresh as values change. Keeping a reading on screen during a call or a game session makes thermal throttling or an unusually fast drain easy to notice.
Panel, camera and network reporting Screen dimensions and pixel density are shown so the reported resolution can be checked against the panel in front of you. The camera section enumerates supported resolutions and features, while network pages report the Wi-Fi name and signal strength whenever Android exposes them, next to build and runtime identifiers.
Storage, installed apps and form factors Memory and storage breakdowns explain where space went, and complete lists of installed packages and codecs sit beside key system directories. The layout behaves the same on phones, tablets, Android watches and Android TVs. Recent builds kept refining compatibility: version 2.21 fixed a Sensors page crash on the Poco X8, and version 2.19 improved support for foldable devices.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much storage should I free before installing AIDA64?
The current package is 11.7 MB, so check that your device has room left beyond the file itself. Installed apps and anything they write to storage need space of their own, and a full device is a common reason an install fails.
Which Android version does AIDA64 require?
The current build targets Android 4.4 or newer, covering devices from KitKat onward. Compare that with the system version shown in your device settings before installing, and pick an older release only if your handset no longer qualifies.
What does the newest release change?
Version 2.22 adds battery health percentage reporting on Transsion handsets and refines how charging cycles are counted. The earlier 2.21 build addressed a crash on the Sensors page of the Poco X8.
Why does the app ask for camera permission?
Camera access is used only to read which sensors and camera features the device supports so that section stays accurate. AIDA64 does not take photos or video with it.
Which device types does AIDA64 run on?
The tool is built for phones, tablets, Android watches and Android TVs, with version 2.19 improving how foldable devices are handled. The download is compiled for arm64-v8a hardware.
